1. Ordering & Customization
How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired product, choose the size and options available, then proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, your order will be confirmed automatically.
Can I personalize my product?
Some products allow customization. If personalization options are available, they will appear directly on the product page with clear instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- Within 1 Hour of Purchase: Orders can be canceled or modified within 1 hour after checkout.
- How to Request a Cancellation: Please contact us immediately at support@madehoian.com and include your order number.
- After 1 Hour: Once production has started, cancellations or order changes may no longer be possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where are your products made?
Our products are proudly manufactured directly at our workshop: 252 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hoi An, Da Nang, Viet Nam.
How long does order processing take?
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days
How long does shipping take and what is the cost?
- Ship to USA: $7.99/item (Shipping time: 9 to 13 days)
- Ship to Worldwide: $14.99/item
Estimated Delivery Time:
- USA: 12–18 business days (processing time + shipping time).
- Worldwide: 12–20 days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can review and provide an appropriate solution.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at support@madehoian.com with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
